Professor Jaume Cruz, Dr Isabel Castillo and Dr Carme Viladrich represented the two Spanish universities involved in PAPA project: The University of Valencia (UVEG) and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Professor Cruz made a general introduction to what the project was about. He explained not only its purpose, but also the theoretical background in which it is based, as well as providing some information about the methodology used. Secondly, Dr Isabel Castillo spoke about a specific aspect of the project, namely, the workshops that coaches attended in order to support them in improving the motivational climate created in their teams. She commented how this was implemented, the difficulties that this carried and how these challenges were resolved. Finally, Dr. Carme Viladrich spoke about the process taken to adapt to Spanish all the instruments that were used in the whole project. She brilliantly concluded the seminar, by comparing the outcomes of the translation process in research to the translation of wine labels - that is, even if sometimes it is necessary to make some changes from the original version, in the end the most important point is that the text accurately and clearly describes what is in the bottle, regardless of the words used. All three presentations gave a general overview to what PAPA is and what can be expected of its’ results. The presentations were very well received by the attending delegates.
