The PAPA Project at the 12th International Sport Sciences Congress, Turkey

In December 2012, cialis Professor Joan Duda (PAPA Project Director) and Dr Eleanor Quested (PAPA Project Manager) attended the 12th International Sport Sciences Congress, 12-14 December 2012, Denizli, Turkey, hosted by the School of Sports Sciences and Technology at Pamukkale University.

Links with Birmingham and Pamukkale University have been strengthened following the year-long visit to the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences at Birmingham by Assistant Professor Ayse Gokce Ilker Erturan during the 2011-12 academic year.

Approximately 1500 national and international sport scientists attended the Congress which was associated with the theme “Development in Change on Sports Sciences”. At the Congress, Professor Joan Duda delivered a presentation entitled, “The theoretical foundation and evidence-base for Empowering Coaching/Teaching in sport and physical education”.
